Ductless Mini-Split Systems

A ductless mini-split cools or heats one room or a whole addition without tearing into your walls for ductwork. We install and service Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Rheem, and Daikin systems across Tomball and the surrounding area.

What Makes Ductless Different

A mini-split runs a small outdoor heat pump to one or more wall-mounted or ceiling-cassette indoor units, so there is no duct run to lose air through and no whistle when the blower kicks on. Because you're not force-feeding air through a house's existing duct system, each indoor head runs its own zone, meaning you set the garage conversion five degrees cooler than the hallway without arguing over the thermostat. The units mount high on a wall or tuck into the ceiling, so there's no floor space lost the way a window unit or a bulky air handler would take up. Because there's no ductwork collecting dust, pet hair, and whatever else settles in an attic run over the years, the air moving through a mini-split is cleaner air. And because you're conditioning only the space that's actually in use instead of an entire duct system, the energy bill for that one room tends to be a lot smaller than running the whole-house system just to cool one corner of it.

Where a Mini-Split Solves a Real Problem

We put these in most often for a garage that's been converted into a bedroom or office, a new addition the main system was never sized for, a sunroom that bakes by afternoon, or that one upstairs bedroom that's always five degrees behind the rest of the house no matter what the thermostat says. Our NATE-certified technicians handle the load calculation, the line set routing, and the electrical hookup, and we service Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Rheem, and Daikin equipment across Tomball, The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Cypress, Magnolia, Montgomery, Lake Conroe, and Pinehurst. Call Titan Comfort Solutions at (281) 549-2122 and we'll walk the space with you before we quote anything.
