Cooling
AC Repair
Warm air, weak airflow, a noise that wasn't there last week. Get a real technician out, get a real answer, and get cool again.
What actually breaks in a Gulf Coast summer
Most of the repair calls we run in Tomball, The Woodlands, Spring, and Cypress come down to a handful of honest complaints: the system is running but the air coming out isn't cold, airflow is weak at the vents, there's a smell or a sound that doesn't belong, or water is showing up somewhere it shouldn't. None of those are dramatic on their own. That's exactly why they get ignored until the day the system won't come on at all. Our climate is hard on equipment in ways a lot of homeowners don't expect. Attic-mounted air handlers here run for months straight without a real break, condensate lines clog faster in our humidity, and a system that's even slightly low on refrigerant has to work harder just to keep up with the heat and moisture load. A small leak at a flare fitting or a coil seam doesn't announce itself. It just quietly costs you efficiency and comfort while your energy bill climbs, until the compressor finally can't keep pace. Our NATE-certified technicians diagnose before they quote. We check refrigerant charge, electrical connections, capacitor and contactor condition, the condensate line and pan, and airflow at the coil and the vents, so what you're paying for is the actual fault, not a guess. Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Rheem, or Daikin, we work on all of them.
Getting a technician to your door
We answer the phone 24/7, every day of the week, including the middle of a Texas heat wave when your system picks the worst possible afternoon to quit. When you call, we give you a two hour arrival window and a heads-up call thirty minutes out, so you're not stuck waiting around the house all day wondering when someone's going to show. A leaking system, a burning smell, or a complete no-cool situation gets treated as urgent, not queued behind routine maintenance. Once the technician is on site, they'll walk you through what they found, what it'll take to fix it, and why, before any work starts. If the honest answer is that repair isn't the better move on an older unit, we'll tell you that too and talk through what installation would look like, no pressure either way. If your home warranty company asks about maintenance history, we can also let you know where you stand and what documentation you'd need going forward.
